ప్రముఖ నిర్మాత సూర్యదేవర రాధాకృష్ణ (చినబాబు) కుమార్తె హారిక సూర్యదేవర నిర్మాతగా పరిచయమైన యూత్ఫుల్ ఎంటర్టైనర్ ‘మ్యాడ్’. సూర్యదేవర నాగ వంశీ సమర్పించిన ఈ సినిమాకి ఫార్చూన్ ఫోర్ సినిమాస్పై సాయి సౌజన్య సహ నిర్మాతగా వ్యవహరించారు. ఈ చిత్రంతో కళ్యాణ్ శంకర్ దర్శకుడిగా పరిచయయ్యారు. ఈ వినోదాత్మక చిత్రంలో సంగీత్ శోభన్, నార్నే నితిన్, రామ్ నితిన్, శ్రీ గౌరీ ప్రియా రెడ్డి, అనంతిక సనీల్కుమార్, గోపికా ఉద్యాన్ ప్రధాన పాత్రలు పోషించారు. ఈ సినిమా నేడు(అక్టోబర్ 6న) ప్రేక్షకుల ముందుకు వచ్చింది. మొదటి షో నుంచే పాజిటివ్ టాక్ తెచ్చుకున్న ఈ మూవీ.. షో షోకి వసూళ్ళను పెంచుకుంటోంది. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో తాజాగా సక్సెస్ ప్రెస్ మీట్ నిర్వహించిన చిత్ర బృందం ప్రేక్షకులకు కృతజ్ఞతలు తెలిపింది.
ఈ సందర్భంగా నిర్మాత నాగవంశీ మాట్లాడుతూ.. “అందరూ కొత్త వాళ్ళు కలిసి చేసిన ప్రయత్నమిది. సినిమా బాగుంది, ఆడియన్స్ కి నచ్చుతుందని నమ్మకంతో.. ఈ సినిమాకి అంత కాన్ఫిడెంట్ గా ప్రమోట్ చేశాము. కొత్త వాళ్ళు నటించిన ఈ సినిమాకి ఇంత మంచి ఓపెనింగ్స్ రావడం సంతోషంగా ఉంది. ఇలాంటి సినిమాలు చేయడానికి మరింత ధైర్యం వచ్చింది. సినిమాకి పాజిటివ్ టాక్ రావడంతో రాబొయ్యే రోజుల్లో మరిన్ని వసూళ్లు రాబడుతుంది. మీడియా నుంచి కూడా ఈ సినిమాకి మంచి స్పందన లభించింది. మీడియా స్పందన పట్ల కూడా చాలా సంతోషంగా ఉన్నాం” అన్నారు.
దర్శకుడు శ్రీకాంత్ మాట్లాడుతూ.. “ఇది నా మొదటి సినిమా. అందరం యంగ్ స్టర్స్ కలిసి చేశాం. వంశీ అన్న ఒక్కటే మాట చెప్పాడు.. గట్టిగా కొడుతున్నాం. ఆయన అన్నట్టుగానే జరిగింది. పాజిటివ్ టాక్ రావడంతో చాలా సంతోషంగా ఉంది” అన్నారు.
సంగీత్ శోభన్ మాట్లాడుతూ.. “మా గురించి జనాలు మాట్లాడుకోవడం అనేది మా ఫస్ట్ సక్సెస్. మంచిగా మాట్లాడుకోవడం అనేది మా సెకండ్ సక్సెస్. చాలా హ్యాపీగా ఉంది. వంశీ అన్న ఒక మాట అంటారు. పట్టుకుంటే గట్టిగా పట్టుకుంటాం, గట్టిగా కొడతాం అని. నిజంగానే గట్టిగా కొట్టాం” అన్నారు.
నార్నే నితిన్ మాట్లాడుతూ.. “సినిమా చాలా బాగా వచ్చింది, బాగా ఆడుతుంది అని ముందే ఊహించాం. కానీ ఈ స్థాయి రెస్పాన్స్ మాత్రం అసలు ఊహించలేదు. చాలా సంతోషంగా ఉంది. మాటలు రావడం లేదు. థియేటర్లలో ప్రతి ఒక్కరు సినిమాని ఎంతగానో ఎంజాయ్ చేస్తున్నారు. నా ఫ్రెండ్స్, ఫ్యామిలీ మెంబెర్స్ అందరూ సినిమా చాలా బాగుందని మెచ్చుకున్నారు” అన్నారు.
రామ్ నితిన్ మాట్లాడుతూ.. “నాకింకా కలలో ఉన్నట్లు ఉంది. ఇంతమంచి సినిమాతో పరిచయం అవుతానని అసలు ఊహించలేదు. ప్రేక్షకుల నుంచి అద్భుతమైన స్పందన వస్తుంది. ఒక గొప్ప సినిమాలో భాగం అయ్యాననే భావన నాలో ఉంది.” అన్నారు.

MAD released today is getting positive response from the audience. The reviews are wonderful. All screenings are witnessing packed houses, and MAD, a crazy campus comedy, is riding high on its success wave. During a post-release press meet, the cast and crew expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the audience for their unwavering support, which has propelled the film to grand success. MAD is presented by Sithara Entertainments in association with Fortune Four Cinemas.
Sangeeth Shobhan, one of the cast members, humbly acknowledged the appreciation, stating, “It’s truly gratifying to hear people talk so positively about our work. We’re sincerely thankful to our audience for their support.”
Director Kalyan Shankar commented, “The movie has resonated with the audience on a deep level. The responses from Prasads, Sreeramulu, and Sudarshan have been nothing short of crazy. Naga Vamsi, the producer of the film, shared his thoughts, saying, “I was confident in our project from the start. The paid premieres saw an impressive turnout, and Sudarshan theatre generously contributing around 1 lakh for this new-comers’ film. Cities like Vizag, Kakinada, and Bhimavaram have shown strong numbers. With no major releases in the coming week, we are optimistic about maintaining this momentum.”
He further added, “Kalyan’s narration of the script had me laughing heartily from the beginning, and that’s when I knew we were onto something special. I extend my appreciation to the media for their keen judgment. In the final 10 days leading up to the release, we launched an aggressive promotional campaign, and the results speak for themselves.
