సంజయ్ రావు, ప్రణవి మానుకొండ జంటగా నటిస్తోన్న చిత్రం ‘స్లమ్ డాగ్ హజ్బెండ్’.చిన్న సినిమాగా మొదలైన ఈ చిత్రాన్ని రిలయన్స్ ఎంటర్టైన్మెంట్ లాంటి పెద్ద సంస్థ రిలీజ్ చేయబోతోంది. మైక్ మూవీస్ బ్యానర్ నిర్మిస్తోన్న ఈ చిత్రానికి డాషింగ్ డైరెక్టర్ పూరీ జగన్నాథ్ శిష్యుడు డాక్టర్ ఏఆర్ శ్రీధర్ దర్శకత్వం వహిస్తున్నాడు. కంప్లీట్ కామికల్ ఎంటర్టైనర్ గా వస్తోన్న ఈ సినిమాలో బ్రహ్మాజీ, సప్తగిరి కీలక పాత్రల్లో నటిస్తున్నారు. తాజాగా ఈ మూవీ రిలీజ్ డేట్ (జూలై 21) పోస్టర్ను హీరో సత్య దేవ్ విడుదల చేశారు. ఈ మేరకు ఏర్పాటు చేసిన ఈవెంట్లో చిత్రయూనిట్ మాట్లాడుతూ..
సత్యదేవ్ మాట్లాడుతూ.. ‘స్లమ్ డగ్ హజ్బెండ్ కాన్సెప్ట్ నాకు ముందే తెలుసు. జ్యోతిలక్ష్మి టైంలోనే విన్నాను. పూరి దగ్గర మేం ఉన్న సమయంలోనే ఈ కథ తెలుసు. కానీ ఇంత ఎంటర్టైనర్గా ఉంటుందని అనుకోలేదు. సంజయ్, ప్రణవిలకు ఆల్ ది బెస్ట్. ట్రైలర్ బాగుంది. సినిమా పెద్ద హిట్ అవ్వాలని కోరుకుంటున్నాను’ అని అన్నారు.
బ్రహ్మాజీ మాట్లాడుతూ.. ‘నా కొడుకు హీరోగా ఎదిగినందుకు సంతోషంగా ఉంది. కానీ ఇంకా నేర్చుకోవాల్సింది ఎంతో ఉంది. నా కొడుక్కి సపరేట్గా నేనేమీ సలహాలు ఇవ్వలేదు. ఈ తరంలో హీరోలు అందరూ సహజంగానే నటిస్తున్నారు. ఈ సినిమాలో ఓ పాత్ర కోసం నన్ను అప్రోచ్ అయ్యారు. తరువాత హీరో కోసం మా అబ్బాయిని తీసుకున్నారు. కథలు ఎంచుకోవడం, సినిమాలు సెలెక్ట్ చేసుకునే విషయంలో నేను నా కొడుక్కి ఎలాంటి సలహాలు ఇవ్వను. నా కొడుకు మొదటి సినిమాకు చిరంజీవి గారు, మహేష్ బాబు గారు, ఎన్టీఆర్ గారు ముందుకు వచ్చి ప్రమోషన్స్ చేశారు. ప్రతీ సినిమాకు అలా అందరినీ పిలవడం బాగుండదు. మొదటి సినిమాకు అందరూ ఆశీర్వాదం అందించారు. తరువాత అన్నీ సినిమాలు మన కష్టం మీద ఆధారపడి ఉంటుంది.’ అన్నారు.
డైరెక్టర్ శ్రీధర్ మాట్లాడుతూ.. ‘హీరోయిన్ పాత్ర కోసం చాలా మందిని ఆడిషన్స్ చేశాను. పక్కింటి అమ్మాయిలా ప్రణవి బాగా సెట్ అవుతుందని ఆమెను హీరోయిన్గా తీసుకున్నాం. ఈ చిత్రంలో ఎలాంటి అడల్ట్ కంటెంట్ ఉండదు. డాగ్కు మెయిల్ వాయిస్ పెట్టాం. కానీ అందులోనూ ఓ ట్విస్ట్ ఉంటుంది. పూరి జగన్నాథ్ సర్ దగ్గర నేను అసిస్టెంట్గా పని చేశాను. ఆయన పెట్ లవర్. మనుషులకంటే జంతువులే విధేయంగా ఉంటాయి. ఐశ్వర్య రాయ్ చెట్టుని పెళ్లి చేసుకుంది. ఆ రెండు పాయింట్లను అల్లుకుని ఈ కథను రాసుకున్నాను’ అని అన్నారు.
నిర్మాత అప్పిరెడ్డి మాట్లాడుతూ.. ‘మొదటి నుంచీ ఈ సినిమాకు ఇదే టైటిల్ అనుకున్నాం. ఈ టైటిల్ చూసే నేను స్క్రిప్ట్ విన్నాను. ఇది చాలా వినోదాత్మకంగా ఉంటుంది. కొత్త పాయింట్, కొత్త కథ. సంజయ్ ఓ డాగ్ లవర్. ఈ సినిమా ఆయనకు రాసిపెట్టి ఉంది’అని అన్నారు.
సంజయ్ రావు మాట్లాడుతూ.. ‘డైరెక్టర్ శ్రీధర్ నాకు ఓ మంచి స్నేహితుడయ్యాడు. సినిమాలో కంటెంట్ బాగుంది. బాగా లేకపోతే మీకు నచ్చినట్టుగా సోషల్ మీడియాలో కామెంట్ పెట్టండి. నేను ఆ విమర్శలను కూడా స్వీకరిస్తాను. సత్యదేవ్ గారు మా నాన్నకు మంచి ఫ్రెండ్. కొత్తగా వచ్చే వారు సత్యదేవ్ను ఇన్సిపిరేషన్గా తీసుకోవాలి. ఇక్కడకు వచ్చిన సత్య దేవ్ గారికి థాంక్స్. నటులందరికీ సపరేట్గా ఓ స్టైల్ ఉంటుంది. మా నాన్న గారితో నేను పోటీ పడను. ఆయనకు నటనలో 35 ఏళ్ల అనుభవం ఉంది. ఓ పిట్టకథకు ఈ సినిమాకు చాలా తేడా ఉంటుంది. ఈ సినిమాలో నేను మాసీగా కనిపిస్తాను. స్క్రిప్ట్ను వినిపిస్తూనే డైరెక్టర్ శ్రీధర్ గారు నవ్వుతూ ఉన్నారు. నాకు ఆయనలో నమ్మకం కనిపించింది. ఆ నమ్మకంతోనే సినిమాను ఓకే చేశాను’ అని అన్నారు.

Slum Dog Husband Trailer is very entertaining and I want this film to be a blockbuster: Hero Satyadev at Pre Release Press Meet
Slum Dog Husband has made the headlines again. Starring Sanjay Rrao and Pranavi Manukonda in the lead roles, the fun-filled drama film is written and directed by A R Sreedhar. Coming as a proper commercial entertainer, Slum Dog Husband is directed by AR Sridhar and produced by Appi Reddy and Venkat Annapareddy. Today makers arranged a Pre release press meet to announce the release date of the film.
Satyadev said, ‘I’m already familiar with the concept of slum dog husband while working on Puri sir’s film Jyothilakshmi. But I didn’t expect it to be so entertaining. Best wishes, Sanjay and Pranavi. The trailer is entertaining. ‘I want the movie to be a tremendous success,’ he said.
Brahmaji said, “I’m happy that my son has become a hero. But he still has a lot to learn. I have not offered my son any advise. All of the heroes in this generation are acting naturally. I was approached about playing a role in this film. My son was later chosen as the hero. I don’t give my son any advice for stories or films. My son’s first film was promoted by Chiranjeevi garu, Mahesh Babu garu, and NTR garu. He has the blessings of everyone. His hard work and dedication will now be required for the next films.”
Director Sridhar said, “I auditioned a lot of people for the role of the heroine. Pranavi was cast as the heroine in the role of the girl next door. This film contains no adult content. We added a mail voice for the dog, but there’s a catch. I worked as assistant under Puri Jagannath sir. He loves pets. Animals are more obedient than humans. Aishwarya Rai married a tree, which piqued my interest, so I wrote a story that intertwined those two ideas.”
Producer Appireddy said, “We had this title in mind since the beginning of the project. After viewing the title, I heard the script. It’ll be a highly enjoyable film. A new point, a new story, and a new director. Sanjay is a dog lover, and I think that this film was destined for him.”
Sanjay Rao said, “Sridhar, the director, has become a good friend of mine. The film’s content is excellent. If not, feel free to make your own comments on social media. I accept those criticisms as well. My father’s good friend is Satyadev Anna. Satyadev Anna is an inspiration to newcomers like me. Thank you for coming, Anna. Every actor has a distinct style. I’m not going to compete with my father. He has 35 years of performing experience. In the film, I play a massy character. While narrating the script, director Sridhar couldn’t stop laughing. I put my trust in him. With that trust, I approved the picture,” he stated.
Pranavi Manukonda said, ‘Thanks to the director and producer for giving me a chance in the film. The movie is more entertaining than the trailer. It’s going to be a laugh riot in theatres on July 21st.
