పవర్ స్టార్ పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ అభిమానులతో పాటు, దేశవ్యాప్తంగా ఉన్న సినీ ప్రియులంతా ఎంతగానో ఎదురుచూసిన ‘హరి హర వీరమల్లు’ చిత్రం భారీ అంచనాల నడుమ థియేటర్లలో అడుగుపెట్టింది. జూలై 23 రాత్రి నుంచే ప్రీమియర్ షోలు మొదలయ్యాయి. ధర్మం కోసం పోరాడిన వీరమల్లు పాత్రలో పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ ఒదిగిపోయిన తీరుకి ప్రేక్షకులు బ్రహ్మరథం పడుతున్నారు. నటీనటుల అద్భుత నటన, యుద్ధ సన్నివేశాల చిత్రీకరణ, సంగీతం ఇలా ప్రతి విభాగం యొక్క పనితీరుపై ప్రశంసలు కురుస్తున్నాయి. ‘హరి హర వీరమల్లు’ చిత్రం అన్ని వర్గాల ప్రేక్షకుల మెప్పు పొందుతూ.. షో షోకి వసూళ్లను పెంచుకుంటోంది. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో విజయోత్సవ వేడుకను నిర్వహించిన చిత్ర బృందం.. తమ ఆనందాన్ని పంచుకోవడమే కాకుండా, ‘హరి హర వీరమల్లు’ సినిమాకి బ్రహ్మరథం పడుతున్న ప్రేక్షకులకు కృతజ్ఞతలు తెలిపింది.

పవర్ స్టార్ పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ మాట్లాడుతూ, “నా జీవితం వడ్డించిన విస్తరి కాదు. నా జీవితంలో ఏదీ అంత తేలికగా జరగదు. ఈ సినిమా విడుదల విషయంలోనూ కొన్ని ఇబ్బందులు ఎదుర్కొన్నాను. నా 29 ఏళ్ళ సినీ ప్రయాణంలో నేను ఒక సినిమాని ఇలా ప్రమోట్ చేయడం ఇదే మొదటిసారి. ఈ సినిమా బాధ్యత తీసుకోవడం కూడా ఓ రకంగా ఆనందాన్ని ఇచ్చింది. ఏ సినిమాకైనా భావోద్వేగాలు ముఖ్యం. మనం ఒక సినిమాకి వెళ్ళినప్పుడు మనకి గుర్తుండేది.. మనం ఏ ఎమోషన్ ని ఇంటికి పట్టుకొస్తామని. ఈ చిత్ర కథ మొఘల్స్ కి సంబంధించినది. మనం చదువుకున్న పుస్తకాల్లో ఔరంగజేబు గొప్పతనాన్ని చెప్పారు తప్ప.. అతని దుర్మార్గాన్ని చెప్పలేదు. మొఘల్స్ 200 ఏళ్ళే పాలించారు. చాళుక్యులు, పల్లవులు, కాకతీయులు, విజయనగర సామ్రాజ్యం కొన్ని వందల ఏళ్ళు పాలించారు. కానీ, చరిత్రలో మొఘల్స్ గురించే ఎక్కువ ప్రస్తావన ఉంటుంది. మన చరిత్ర రాసిన వాళ్ళు మన రాజులపైన చిన్నచూపు చూశారు. ఔరంగజేబు పాలన సమయంలో హిందూదేశంలో హిందువుగా బ్రతకాలంటే పన్ను కట్టాల్సిన పరిస్థితి ఉండేది. ఆ విషయాన్ని ఈ సినిమాలో నిర్భయంగా ప్రస్తావించాము. నాకు తెలిసిన మార్షల్ ఆర్ట్స్, నాకున్న సాంకేతిక పరిజ్ఞానం, ప్రజా సమస్యలపై పోరాడేతత్వం.. ఇవన్నీ కలిసి నన్ను ప్రీ క్లైమాక్స్ లో 18 నిమిషాల ఫైట్ ను డిజైన్ చేయడానికి ప్రేరణ ఇచ్చాయి. సినిమా చూసిన ప్రతి ఒక్కరూ ఆ ఎపిసోడ్ బాగుందని ప్రశంసించడం నాకు సంతోషాన్ని కలిగించింది. ఈ సినిమా మతాలకు సంబంధించింది కాదు. ఇందులో మంచి, చెడుకి మధ్య జరిగిన యుద్ధాన్ని చూపించాము. ఈ చిత్రం విడుదల విషయంలో రత్నం గారికి అండగా నిలిచిన మైత్రి మూవీ మేకర్స్ కి, పీపుల్ మీడియా ఫ్యాక్టరీకి నా ప్రత్యేక ధన్యవాదాలు. ఈరోజు నేను ఇంత బలంగా నిలబడ్డానంటే నాకు అభిమానులు ఇచ్చిన బలమే కారణం. ఈ సినిమా సాధిస్తున్న కలెక్షన్లు, రికార్డుల కంటే కూడా.. ఈ సినిమా ద్వారా చరిత్రలో దాగి ఉన్న నిజాన్ని చెప్పామనేది ఎక్కువ ఆనందాన్ని కలిగిస్తోంది. శంకరాభరణం సినిమా చూసిన తర్వాత నాకు శాస్త్రీయ సంగీతం పట్ల అపారమైన గౌరవం వచ్చింది. ఒక సినిమా ఏం చేయగలదు అనేదానికి ఇదొక ఉదాహరణ. సినిమా అనేది కథ ఎలా చెప్పాము, ప్రేక్షకుల్లో ఎంత ప్రేరణ కలిగించాము అనేది ముఖ్యం. ఆ పరంగా వీరమల్లు చిత్రం యొక్క లక్ష్యం నెరవేరింది. సాంకేతికంగా కొందరు కొన్ని సూచనలు చేశారు. ఆ విషయాలను రెండో భాగం విషయంలో పరిగణలోకి తీసుకుంటాము. కోహినూర్ కంటే విలువైన జ్ఞానం మన దేశం సొంతం అని ఈ సినిమాలో చూపించాము. హరి హర వీరమల్లులో చరిత్రలో దాగి ఉన్న ఎన్నో వాస్తవాలను చెప్పాము. నా దృష్టిలో అదే నిజమైన విజయం. ఇలాంటి గొప్ప సినిమా తీసిన రత్నం గారికి అండగా నిలబడటం నా బాధ్యతగా భావించాను.” అన్నారు.

చిత్ర కథానాయిక నిధి అగర్వాల్ మాట్లాడుతూ, “హరి హర వీరమల్లు విడుదలై మంచి స్పందన తెచ్చుకోవడం చాలా చాలా సంతోషంగా ఉంది. సినిమా విడుదలైనప్పటి నుంచి అభినందనలు తెలుపుతూ ఫోన్లు, మెసేజ్ లు వస్తున్నాయి. ఇదంతా పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ గారి వల్లే సాధ్యమైంది. ఈ సినిమా నాకెంతో ప్రత్యేకమైనది. రత్నం గారు, జ్యోతికృష్ణ గారితో పాటు టీం అంతా ఐదేళ్లుగా ఈ సినిమా కోసం కష్టపడ్డారు. ఈ చిత్రం విజయం సాధిస్తుందని మొదటి నుంచి నమ్మాను. మనం మనస్ఫూర్తిగా కష్టపడితే ఖచ్చితంగా ఫలితం లభిస్తుందని హరి హర వీరమల్లుతో మరోసారి రుజువైంది. మా చిత్రాన్ని ఆదరిస్తున్న ప్రేక్షకులకు కృతఙ్ఞతలు.” అన్నారు.

చిత్ర సమర్పకులు, ప్రముఖ నిర్మాత ఎ.ఎం. రత్నం మాట్లాడుతూ, “సినిమా బాగుందని అందరూ అభినందలు తెలపడం ఆనందాన్ని కలిగించింది. హరి హర వీరమల్లు సినిమా కాదు.. ఇదొక చరిత్ర. ఔరంగజేబు కేవలం తన మతం మాత్రమే ఉండాలని అనుకుంటాడు. అతన్ని ఎదిరించి ధర్మాన్ని రక్షించే వీరుడి కథే ఈ వీరమల్లు. ఈ సినిమాలో పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ గారు ఒక సింహంలాంటి యోధుడి లాగా కనిపించారు. ఈ సినిమా కోసం ఆయన ఎంతో కష్టపడ్డారు. ముఖ్యంగా యుద్ధ సన్నివేశాల్లో వీరవిహారం చేశారు. ‘ఇది సార్ మేము పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ గారి నుంచి కోరుకునేది’ అని అభిమానులు ఫోన్లు చేసి చెప్తున్నారు. కుటుంబ ప్రేక్షకులు కూడా ఈ సినిమాని చూసి ఎంజాయ్ చేస్తున్నారు. మా కష్టానికి తగ్గ భారీ విజయం లభిస్తుందని ఆశిస్తున్నాను.” అన్నారు.

చిత్ర దర్శకుడు జ్యోతికృష్ణ మాట్లాడుతూ, “థియేటర్లలో అభిమానులు, ప్రేక్షకుల స్పందన చూసి చాలా సంతోషం కలిగింది. సినిమాని ముగించిన తీరు అద్భుతంగా ఉంది, రెండవ భాగం చూడాలనే ఆసక్తి కలుగుతోందని చాలామంది ఫోన్ చేసి ప్రశంసించారు. చిన్న చిన్న పిల్లలు కూడా సినిమా చూసి ఎంజాయ్ చేస్తున్నారు. ఇది కుటుంబంతో కలిసి చూడాల్సిన సినిమా. పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ గారి సినిమా అంటేనే అందరూ కలిసి చూస్తారు. పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ గారితో ఇలాంటి మంచి సినిమా చేయడం గర్వంగా ఉంది. ఈ సినిమాకి ఇద్దరు హీరోలు.. ఒకరు పవన్ గారు, ఇంకొకరు కీరవాణి గారు. ఈ సినిమాలో పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ గారు 18 నిమిషాల ఫైట్ సీక్వెన్స్ ను కంపోజ్ చేశారు. పెద్దగా సంభాషణలు లేకుండా దాదాపు 30 నిమిషాల ఎపిసోడ్ ఉంటుంది. ఆ ఎపిసోడ్ ని కీరవాణి గారు తన సంగీతంతో మరోస్థాయికి తీసుకెళ్లారు. నిధి అగర్వాల్ గారు ఐదేళ్లుగా ఈ సినిమాను నమ్మి నిలబడ్డారు. అలాగే మా డైరెక్షన్ డిపార్ట్ మెంట్ సపోర్ట్ ను మరువలేను. మా నాన్న రత్నం గారు తన మొదటి సినిమా హిట్ అయినప్పుడు ఎంత ఆనందపడ్డారో.. మళ్ళీ అంతటి ఆనందాన్ని ఇన్నాళ్లకు ఆయన ముఖంలో చూశాను. ఈ సినిమా ఆయనకు ఎంతటి డ్రీం ప్రాజెక్టో ఆ సంతోషంలోనే తెలుస్తోంది. ఈ సినీ ప్రయాణంలో నా భార్య, మా అమ్మ ఇచ్చిన సపోర్ట్ ని ఎప్పటికీ మరచిపోలేము. నాకు ఇంత గొప్ప అవకాశాన్ని ఇచ్చిన పవన్ గారికి మనస్ఫూర్తిగా కృతఙ్ఞతలు తెలుపుకుంటున్నాను.” అన్నారు.

Film racing ahead with sensational collections
Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s much-awaited film Hari Hara Veera Mallu finally hit the theatres amidst huge expectations. Premieres began from the night of July 23rd, and audiences are thrilled with Pawan Kalyan’s portrayal of Veera Mallu, a warrior who fights for Dharma. The performances, grand war sequences, and music have all received wide appreciation. The film is garnering acclaim from all sections of the audience and showing growth with each show in terms of box office returns.

The team recently held a grand success meet to share their joy and thank the audience for embracing the film so wholeheartedly.

Pawan Kalyan said:
My life was never served on a platter. Nothing ever came easy to me. Even the release of this film faced many hurdles. In my 29-year film journey, this is the first time I promoted a film like this. Taking responsibility for this film gave me a strange sense of happiness.
Emotions are essential for any film. What stays with the audience is how they feel after watching it.
This story revolves around the Mughals. Our textbooks mostly glorified Aurangzeb and never spoke about his cruelty. The Mughals ruled for 200 years, but dynasties like the Chalukyas, Pallavas, Kakatiyas, and Vijayanagara empire ruled for centuries. Yet, our rulers are barely acknowledged in history.
During Aurangzeb’s reign, Hindus had to pay a tax (Jizya) just to live as Hindus. We’ve addressed that fearlessly in this film.
The martial arts I learned, my understanding of technology, and my activism — all these came together and helped me design the 18-minute pre-climax fight. I’m happy everyone is appreciating that episode.
This film isn’t about religion. It’s about the battle between good and evil. I thank Mythri Movie Makers and People Media Factory for supporting Ratnam garu in getting this film to release.
I stand strong today only because of the strength given to me by my fans. More than collections or records, I feel proud that this film told a historical truth.
After watching Shankarabharanam, I developed immense respect for classical music. This film, too, shows what cinema can achieve.
Cinema is all about storytelling and inspiring audiences. On that front, Veera Mallu has achieved its goal.
Some have given us technical feedback, and we will consider that for the second part.
This film shows that knowledge is more valuable than the Kohinoor. Revealing these hidden truths of history through this film — that is the real victory. Supporting Ratnam garu for such a film was my responsibility.

Pawan Kalyan garu choreographed an 18-minute action sequence. There’s nearly a 30-minute stretch with minimal dialogue. Keeravani garu elevated it beautifully with his music.
Nidhhi Agerwal believed in this film for five years. I must also thank our direction department.
I haven’t seen my father (Ratnam garu) this happy since his first film’s success. His joy shows how much this dream project meant to him.
